Below is a three-fold brochure,front and back, that I created for my Mass Communications Class. We had to chose a topic that went along with our blog so I decided to do a brochure about the seven types of icings that you can use when baking.
Here is a podcast that I created for my Mass Communications class. It is my recipe for a Cheesecake. The podcast was created using Audacity and has been edited with music and some special effects. I exported the Audacity file to an MP3 and then created a YouTube video from that.
