One of my favorite desserts is cheesecake. Of course my favorite is just an original cheesecake but I don’t mind mixing it up every once in a while, whether it be with chocolate or raspberry sauce or fruit on top. However I have never had a frozen cheesecake or let alone one with the fruit right in it. So when I found this recipe in the back of a magazine while waiting at the dentist’s office I just couldn’t wait to get home and make it for myself. The best part about this dessert is that it really is very simple and very minimal ingredients so if you only have a short time to make a dessert this is the perfect recipe. Oh and don’t skip the strawberry topping, you may think you don’t need it but trust me the mixture adds so much more goodness! Continue reading
