Have you ever been completely torn about what to have for dessert. Its always between cookies, ice cream and some delicious baked good right? Well this recipe is a combination of all three of those wonderful things! All in all its a fudge brownie stuffed with an oreo cookie, doesn’t that just sound amazing?! Also the great part about this recipe is that its simple and quick and can be made in short amount of time!

The Greatest Restaurant Dessert Ever.
Now if you live in the San Jose area or are near the area may I suggest one of my favorite resturants ever. Mizu Sushi Bar and Grill. Now this is a wonderul sushi place, they have ride range of wonderul rolls and other meals incase someone you are with is not that big of a sushi fan. Now originally I came to this restaurant for its sushi but now I come back for its dessert. The best thing I have ever seen on a menu was Tempura Fried Ice Cream.
Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake
One of my favorite desserts is cheesecake. Of course my favorite is just an original cheesecake but I don’t mind mixing it up every once in a while, whether it be with chocolate or raspberry sauce or fruit on top. However I have never had a frozen cheesecake or let alone one with the fruit right in it. So when I found this recipe in the back of a magazine while waiting at the dentist’s office I just couldn’t wait to get home and make it for myself. The best part about this dessert is that it really is very simple and very minimal ingredients so if you only have a short time to make a dessert this is the perfect recipe. Oh and don’t skip the strawberry topping, you may think you don’t need it but trust me the mixture adds so much more goodness! Continue reading
